Prawn Bafat

Another prawn curry. This one is very good though. Make it and you won't be dissapointed!

  1. Fry the onion in the oil until it goes golden brown
  2. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink
  3. Add the salt, cummin , turmeric , ginger , garlic and chilli and continue to cook until the prawns are thoroughly cooked through.
  4. Add the coconut milk and simmer for around 10 minutes
  5. Just before serving add the vinegar

Served with naan and your favourite bombay potatoes it will be a fabulous meal you'll never forget. This is a recipe you'll keep coming back to.
